Le Mas des Anges, Bed and Breakfast in Soussans

Relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation ideally located in the heart of the largest Bordeaux vineyards, close to the Gironde estuary and the immense beaches of the ocean. You can enjoy the swimming pool area, bicycles and ping-pong table. Breakfast is generous and you can taste our homemade jams. The city of Bordeaux is 40 minutes away. You can discover the culinary specialties of the southwest in the nearby restaurants.
We appreciate friendliness and meeting new people.
Located in the middle of the Margaux Vineyard, you will appreciate the peace, quiet and birdsong.

We offer 2 rooms. The Gabriel room (double room with private bathroom) which can accommodate 2 people and the Raphaël room which can accommodate up to 4 people which is brighter and more spacious.

We are located in the heart of the largest Bordeaux vineyards. You will be just a few steps from the most prestigious châteaux that offer wine tours and organize receptions for weddings, birthdays and any other event.

Living in a region where nature is lush gives responsibilities to preserve and protect it. The room is located near the main entrance and allows you to move freely and discreetly. The interior design is of high quality, made with noble materials (wall paneling, parquet flooring and cherry wood shelves). You have cupboards with shelves and a tall wardrobe on each side of the bed. You can recharge your smartphones or tablets on the sockets integrated into the wall lights. An office-relaxation area awaits you with a kettle, allowing you to prepare a hot drink or work. You have access to the Wifi connection.
Opposite the bed is an integrated TV screen allowing you free access to the various streaming platforms.
You access the bathroom through a sliding door.

The room has a Queen-size bed (160x200) and a sofa bed (190x140) to accommodate up to 4 people. The room is very bright thanks to the presence of many openings and the use of noble and light materials. You have storage available to hang and fold your clothes.

The bedroom is on the ground floor and is located on the right side of our house, it allows you to be independent (access code to the gate and the bedroom) if you wish.

A private car park will allow you to park your car as close as possible. An electric terminal (optional) will allow you to recharge your electric vehicle.

A relaxation office area awaits you with a kettle, allowing you to prepare a hot drink.

You can charge your smartphones or tablets on the sockets integrated into the wall lights located on each side of the bed.

you have free access to the ultra-fast WI-FI network (fiber).

Opposite the bed is a built-in flat screen allowing you to watch TV as well as access the various streaming platforms (Canal +, Netflix, Disney+, Prime-video)

You access the spacious bathroom through a sliding door (90cm passage). The shower (90x90) is Italian-style, the 2 doors open to facilitate passage. The floor is non-slip and the mats are made of diatomite to instantly absorb water. Towels are available and can be dried on the Acova radiator which acts as a blower for the most chilly. The basin is suspended to allow the passage of a wheelchair. The faucet automatically detects the presence of hands. The toilets are suspended and have a grab bar. All the flushes in the house are supplied by a borehole. The glass and amaranth shelves allow you to store your toiletries.

The accesses and interior fittings have been designed to accommodate disabled people . We thank Handicap Tourisme for their support.

Our house is equipped with photovoltaic panels and a heat pump in order to reduce the impact on the environment as much as possible.

We are delighted to announce that we have installed an electric car charging station in the car park of our house. This is an ecological and economical initiative that will benefit all our guests.

The charging station is compatible with all electric and hybrid car models. It is easy to use and secure. Simply plug in your vehicle, scan the QR code on the station with your smartphone and start charging. You can then follow the progress of the charge on your phone and receive a notification when it is complete.

Charging is charged at a rate of €12. We have chosen this price to encourage the use of the terminal while covering electricity costs.

Opening of a 2nd guest room: The Raphaël room for 4 people

Ecological tourism: Installation of a heat pump

In order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, we replaced our old gas boiler (which broke down 2 days before!) with an air/water heat pump. It produces heating as well as hot water. Coupled with our solar panels we are in self-consumption.

Soon the toilets and the washing machine will be connected to our borehole, to reduce the ecological impact generated by the opening of guest rooms.
